When you receive an offer, you can see it under Bookings in My pages. You have two days to accept the apartment. If you want to look at it first, contact the current tenant. If you decide to accept the apartment, you will sign an agreement. It is important that you have uploaded the correct documents. If something is incorrect, the apartment will be offered to the next person on the list.

While the property is still available to book, you can withdraw your booking under My pages/Bookings. After that you can contact customer services.
