Oreganon

Svenska Studenthus will build a total of 286 student residences, across 3 buildings, at Örebro university.

The buildings will be constructed based on the new production concept for student housing, Student21an.

The building construction will be achieved in three stages, with the first being completed in the first quarter of 2016, and an estimated occupation date in the first quarter of 2016. The second and third stages will begin in 2016. The rent for an apartment will be around SEK 4500 per month.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All of the properties has lift.
  • The apartments are rented unfurnished, except for a bed.
  • Broadband, water and heating is included in the rent.
  • There is also the option to rent attic storage in the building you live in.
  • The postboxes are in the building entrance hall.
  • The entrance door is opened using a code. The door to your apartment has a digital lock which is opened via a mobile phone app.
  • There is also a waste sorting area outside.
LAUNDRY ROOM

Since all of the apartments have a washing machine there is no common laundry room.

OUTSIDE SPACE

There will be outside space for all the properties with benches and tables.

BIKE PARKING

There will be bike parking both under cover in the grounds and by the entrance to the building.

CAR PARKING

There will be a number of parking spaces for Oreganon. You must pay to obtain a parking permit.
